Florence
competitive race 10km . LIMITED TO 3000 participants.

Program and Information
Estra Firenze Marathon organizes the road race called “GARMIN 10k Firenze Marathon”, a competitive 10 km race on a city course that follows the final 10 km of the marathon route.

The race will be on Sunday 29 November 2026, starting time 8.45am from Via Tornabuoni – Florence.

Participation Requirements
Competitive 10 km Race (with official rankings)

Eligible participants include:

  • Italian and foreign athletes registered with FIDAL
  • Affiliated Italian clubs (born 2010 or earlier).
  • Foreign athletes affiliated with World Athletics (age 20+), with self declaration of membership.
  • Residents in Italy with EPS membership and FIDAL
  • Issued RUN CARD EPS (age 20+), with valid medical certificate.
  • Italian and foreign athletes with RUN CARD (age 20+), with valid medical certificate.
  • Non-resident foreign athletes: allowed with equivalent foreign medical certificate listing required exams.
  • Foreign unregistered athletes (age 16+) may join the non-competitive race (no ranking or awards).
  • Italian non-registered athletes are NOT allowed.

Bib number collection requires valid FIDAL, RUN CARD, or RUN CARD EPS membership.

Registration
Online only via Endu platform until Wednesday, November 25, or until the 3000-participant cap is reached.

Entry Fees:
– Bibs 1–1500: €25
– Bibs 1501–3000: €30

Confirmation Letter
Athletes will receive an email confirmation upon registration.
A second email with assigned bib number and status:
– GREEN: Complete
– YELLOW or RED: Missing or incorrect documents
Bring this letter, ID, and any required documents to the Expo to collect your bib.

Bib and Race Kit Pickup
Pickup at Marathon Expo, Stazione Leopolda, V.le Fratelli Rosselli 5:
– Friday, November 27: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
– Saturday, November 28: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Race kit includes a JOMA T-shirt and participation medal.

Bag Deposit
At Piazza Santa Maria Novella from 7:00 AM.
Use only the official bag with the bib number sticker.
No valuables allowed. Changing in bag trucks is prohibited.

– Time limit: 1 hour 20 minutes

Awards
Top 3 men and women will receive sponsor-provided prizes in kind.

Timing and Chip
Timing by EvoData microchip. Real-time and official rankings validated by officials.

Cancellations
In case of non-participation, the registration fee will not be refunded.
The following options are not available:
• Transferring the registration to another athlete;
• Transferring the registration to the following year;
• Transferring the registration to the Estra Firenze Marathon (42.195 km) taking place on the same day, and vice versa.

Liability
Organizers are not responsible for incidents due to non-compliance before, during, or after the race.

Regulations
By registering, participants accept this regulation.
FIDAL technical rules apply for all non covered issues.
Organizers may change rules or route with FIDAL’s approval up to one hour before start.

Data Protection
By registering, you authorize processing of personal data by Firenze Marathon Organization according to Italian law (Law 675/1996).
