OFFICIAL REGULATIONS – WAITING LIST ESTRA FIRENZE MARATHON 2026
To accommodate the high demand for participation in the Firenze Marathon on November 29, 2026, the Waiting List – EstraFirenzeMarathon2026 is now active.
Interested participants may sign up for the waiting list free of charge at this link between September 3, 2026, and September 30, 2026 (inclusive), by submitting their personal details.
The waiting list will be managed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date and time of submission. The management procedures are outlined below:
- Confirmation of Request: Upon registration, applicants will receive an email confirming their entry onto the Waiting List. Please note that this email DOES NOT constitute a confirmed race entry, but merely acknowledges your position on the list. Weekly updates regarding your position on the waiting list will be sent thereafter.
- Deferral Processing: The organization will review requests to defer registrations to the following year on a weekly basis, up until October 31, 2026.
- Code Issuance: On a weekly basis, depending on slot availability and in chronological order of registration, Evodata will send eligible users an email containing a single-use code valid for 48 hours from the timestamp of the email. This code must be used to complete registration on the ENDU portal.
- Code Expiration: The 48-hour deadline is strict. Once expired, the code becomes invalid, and the user forfeits the opportunity to finalize their entry. To receive a new code, the user must restart the entire Waiting List registration process from step 1.
- Redemption: The code must be entered into the designated box (“Enter code for reserved rates”) upon opening the registration page. This will unlock the entry fee required to register for the 42nd Estra Firenze Marathon on November 29, 2026.
- Finalization: Once the registration process is complete and the entry fee is paid, the participant will receive an official confirmation email for the event.
- Entry Fee: The standard registration fee is €100.
- Expiration of List: The Waiting List will expire on November 1, 2026. Final code communications (as outlined in point 5) will be sent no later than November 2, 2026.
